Jet city

City state founded after WW3. It's world influence grew fast, economically but foremost in science and technology. The jet bike where invented here and named after the city. Many mechon models came from here. Cyborg technology known as technoids also came from here. when the 4th world war came it was the only big city in Europe that survived. Thanks to it's missile defense. Some missile struck but no nukes. In the beginning of the silent era the city opend it's gates to survivors from the waste, both humans and mutants. But as time went the city started to have trouble with over population. In the year 65 L.D. the leaders closed the city gates to immigrants. The Street gangs had grown strong and numerous. It led to a coup by the military and a small group. The new leaders of the city is called "the consul of seven". They built a wall around the district know as the inner city to keep the gangs and poor out. Jet city has no police force, they use the military to upholding the law too. Their army is open for all. As long as they are citizens. When the leaders heard about the murder of pan, and the CB advance against sloggerna. They also started to strike against sloggernas near by villages. This lead up to the Jet city war.

THE JET CITY WAR 94 L.D. - 97 L.D.

It started in the year 94 L.D. Sloggerna had put up a army camp northeast of the city. The consuls mobilized Most of the army to attack them. What they had not realized was that it's an diversion. Sloggerna had payed Herr spiegelmann to minic Jet city soldiers and plant bombs on the west wall of the city. when the jet city army is attacking the small army in the northwest. The bombs goes off and sloggernas main army attacks through the ruined wall. They are able to take a large part of Rainbow under control early. All the big leaders for sloggerna is there, Tekwa and 4 of her generals. The 5th named Cyd (means sharp in sloggiska) never answers Her call, instead he and a few of his soldier march into the lowlands swamps and start his own kingdom there, and have stayed there. The war is very drawn out and costly for both sides. Two of Tekwas generals dies during the war. In 96 L.D. the war luck is with sloggerna, that now stands right outside the south inner city gates. Jet citys armys moral is at an extreme low. But one low ranked soldier sets courage and inspiration into his comrades hearts. And leads a small group to victory outside the gates, and manage to push the enemy back. this youth gains a reputation all over the city for his courage. He gets more and bigger responsibility for the army. And as the war goes on, The jet city army takes back sector by sector. In 97 L.D. Tekwa gives up and draws back her army from the city. She is tired of war now and sees it as her duty to build a city for solggerna. While she starts to build up their town Du wei (means the home in sloggiska) her 2 remaining generals patrol the waste, that sloggerna still sees as theirs. But one leader of sloggerna refuse to give up. His name is Wart and While the rest of sloggernas army leaves, he stays and wage a guerrilla war against the city. The soldier is hailed by many and he becomes the high command for the army. He gets the title and name Lord justice.

When the war is over he said that those of sloggerna that live in the city and are citizens should not be persecuted. That all citizen have rights. Yes, he knows how the political game goes By only saying that. Never that everybody have the same rights which they of coures don't have. But still he is the most popular authority figure in the city, and the army stand by him to 100 %. The consuls have always had lots of intrigue, and now they fear lord justice too. And they are also afraid of threats from out of the city against their power. Herr spiegelmann is still wanted by the authoritys for his involvement in the war.

WASTE WATCHERS

To make sure that the city won't be take by supries as at the war, the consuls decide to create as law enforcement for the wasteland. They call it Waste watchers. They are suppose to up hold law and order in the waste. But the most important, that they hold to them self is to gather information of what happens in the world and send it to Jet city. Just like the army, The watchers are open to everyone that is a Jet city citizen. And even to those out in the waste that want to join. They are recognized by their uniforms with an golden eagle on their shoulder. Watchers that do not come for the city has an red badge instead. The shanty towns in the waste are divided. Some like the watchers. But many sees at them with suspicion. Sloggerna sees them as enemies.

ATOMIC PUNKS

During the Jet city war when things looked really bleak for the city. They started a experiment with super soldiers, giving them a bigger strength than other humans. They used convicted gang members as test subjects. It was a major success, except for one thing. When the gangers had gone through the project they rebeled and escape back to the streets. Now with the same strength as sloggerna. Some even went out to the waste to try their luck as bandits/ raiders. The only good thing for the government is that they can't stand each other. As they see themselves as perfect. So you usually never find more than one max two in the same gang.

EXPLORATION 98 L.D. AND FORWARD

As The War ended. The government started to get interested in exploring the waste. As they knew the bunkers would open in 100 L.D. It felt right to expand. In 98 L.D the shanty town called Outpost town was Founded. Three years later The Forest outpost was founded in 101 L.D. It lies near the misty forest. But they have met resistance there as it is home to an amazon tribe. In the year 100 L.D. they encounter the alphas. For the moment they don't know so much about them except they hate mutants, and come from the brit islands.

THE CITY

The city itself is huge, divide into 7 districts made up of 214 different sectors. Many of the districts still names like street,lane and road. Even though they are much bigger than just a street .There is even an subway in the city with one station in all districts except the inner city. That station was blow up so sloggerna could not use that way to get in there. There are now 50 different gangs in the city. all controll at least 2 sectors each.

Jet citys 7 Districts

White = The inner city

This district is only for the privileged citizen, no others are allowed. It's the only district that the government has total control over. No gangs here.

Red = Rainbow

It got it's name from the saying " At the end of the rainbow there's gold". That's how the refugees form the waste thought about the life they would get, when they got to the city. But instead most of them would end up here in Rainbow. A real slum. After the jet city war it's even worse. Most of the heavy fighting took place here, so the district looks more like a part of the wasteland than the rest of the city. Whole sectors are blow away, with nothing left. Other sectors are in ruin. Most civilian have moved to other part of the city if they have the chance. Wart's army never put down their guns and wage a guerrilla war with rainbow as their base.

Green = Pleasureville

Whatever your pleaures is you find it here. Drugs, gamble, women, violence etc. It's only the price that sets the bar for you.

Orange = The docks

For some reason the city have not tried to explore the ocean so there is not so much activity here. Except some criminal ones that is. They probably lost interest in the sea when they sent out some bigger ships and saw them get drag down in to the sea by some new huge water beasts.

Purple = Dogtown

This is the mutant district where they are in majority. And as you can see by the name racism and bulling minoritys has survived. The name is used by many in a down setting way.

Blue = Cryptopia

This district had another name before the jet city war. But after the war Children of damnation has become very powerful and has more or less taken over the whole district and named it Cryptopia.

Yellow = Motorway city

Most of the industrial lies here. The famous devil race track lies here.

SOME OF THE GANGS

Suits: Yes the classic mob survived the L.D. too. They have a big influence in the city and even out into the waste.They only take in human members. They control most of pleasureville district. Gianluca barone is their boss.

Läther punks: They are the oldes street gang in Jet city, and still one of the strongest. Their headquarter is a bar called " Rusty cage" on Fritz bulevard (153). Only human members with exception for Atomic punks are allowed.

Wart's army: it's not really a gang more of a city guerrilla. Wart never drew back his men after the Jet city war. He continues the war from Rainbow where he controls some sectors. His army is for sloggerna, Blips and skinners though they are a rare sight in jet city.
